Mahamaya Lifesciences Shifts MD Role To Prashant Krishnamurthy, Names New CFO

Prashant Krishnamurthy will resign as CFO on October 31, 2026 and become Managing Director from November 1, subject to shareholder approval. Krishnamurthy Ganesan will become Chairman and Executive Director, while Amarendra Mohapatra will assume the CFO role. The company also appointed an independent director and reappointed two others.
