Maithan Alloys Approves ₹800 Crore Maithan Ferrous Related-Party Transaction Limit

Board approved increasing the FY27 material related-party transaction limit with subsidiary Maithan Ferrous from Rs 600 Cr to Rs 800 Cr, subject to shareholder approval, and approved an additional Rs 500 Cr limit for April–September 2027 transactions, also subject to shareholder approval.
