Mangal Credit Proposes ₹35 Crore NCD Issue, Withdraws ₹20 Crore Plan

Board withdrew the previously approved ₹20Cr private-placement NCD offer, confirming no offer letter was circulated and no investor funds received. It approved a fresh private-placement issue of up to ₹35Cr secured, listed and rated NCDs, carrying an 11.50% annual coupon, 23-month tenor, monthly interest and 1.05x security cover.
