Manomay Tex India Approves 10 Million Metre Denim Capacity Expansion

Board approved expansion of denim fabric and spinning divisions, including an RFD line expected to add 10 million metres annually and coarse-count yarn spindles adding approximately 1,080 MT annually. It also appointed three additional independent directors and reappointed Maheshchandra Laddha as Whole-time Director, subject to shareholder approval.
