Mantra Capital Allots 15 Lakh Equity Shares On Promoter Warrant Conversion

Promoter MD Deepa Kishor Tracy converted 15 lakh of 45 lakh preferential warrants into equity shares at ₹20 each after paying the ₹1.5 crore balance consideration. Paid-up capital will rise to ₹37.39 crore, while the remaining warrants remain exercisable within 18 months.
