Mayank Cattle Food Board Approves 1:1 Bonus Issue Capitalising Rs.5.40 Crore

Board approved issue of 1:1 bonus equity shares (one new share for every one held) by capitalising Rs 5.40 Cr from retained earnings, subject to shareholder approval. Also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 6 Cr to Rs 12 Cr. Record date to be announced.
