Signed Master Restructuring Agreement with NARCL (via IDRCL) and Aditya Khaitan for Rs.2,483.31cr debt, comprising Rs.1,050cr sustainable repayable by FY29 and Rs.1,433.31cr unsustainable, with monitoring committee, 10% equity allotment with anti-dilution, promoter pledge and nominee director right. Context: first MRA closure after prolonged resolution process.
