Mega Nirman & Industries Shareholders Reject Ramanuj Darak's Reappointment At AGM

Shareholders rejected the reappointment of Whole-Time Director Ramanuj Murlinarayan Darak at the 25 August AGM, resulting in his cessation from the board. Mega Nirman must take steps to maintain the minimum statutory number of directors; all other AGM resolutions, including Ankan Gupta’s Chairman-cum-MD appointment, passed.
