Board approved preferential issue of up to 22,00,000 convertible warrants at Rs 30 per warrant to MD Sudhir Avasthi and President Deepankar Barat (Non-Promoter/Public Category), raising Rs 6.60 Cr. EGM set for July 27, 2026 for shareholder approval.
