Mitcon Consultancy Arm Buys 26.72% Stake In Solar Alliance For ₹2.4 Crore

MITCON Sun Power executed an agreement to acquire 26.72% of MITCON Solar Alliance for Rs. 2.40 crore in cash, increasing ownership to 74% and making it a step-down subsidiary. The solar target reported FY26 turnover of Rs. 6.70 crore versus Rs. 3.32 crore in FY25; completion is expected within 60 days.
