Muthoot Microfin Approves ₹250 Crore Secured NCD Private Placement

Muthoot Microfin approved a ₹250 crore private placement of secured, rated, listed redeemable NCDs carrying 9.25% annual interest payable monthly. The debentures have a 24-month tenor from 8 September 2026 to 8 September 2028 and a first-ranking exclusive 1.0x charge over unencumbered receivables.
