N2N Technologies Transfers Control To Harmony Remedies, Exits IT Consulting

Following completion of its open offer, Harmony Remedies India Private Limited and its persons acting in concert will assume management and control of N2N Technologies effective August 13, 2026. Rahul Dilip Shah and Rekha Rani Sarawgi will cease to be promoters, the Board will be reconstituted, and the Company will exit IT and software consulting.
