Naturo Agrotech India Receives BSE Show Cause For Compulsory Delisting

BSE issued a show-cause notice for compulsory delisting after Naturo’s trading remained suspended since 20 February 2026 amid unresolved LODR filings. The company has 15 working days to respond; revocation requires pending compliances and Rs 27.06 lakh outstanding fines, alongside processing, reinstatement and listing fees.
