NDA Securities Withdraws 17 Million Share Preferential Issue At Rs 37

NDA Securities withdrew its approved preferential issue of 1,70,00,000 equity shares at Rs 37 each to promoters and non-promoters, cleared by board in February-March and shareholders March 16, citing reasons beyond control via circular resolution.
