Nexus Select Trust Publishes ₹1,648 Crore Guwahati Complex Valuation

Nexus Select Trust will acquire 100% of Guwahati's under-construction Galaxy Complex — 0.5m sf mall and 164-key Hyatt Regency — for Rs 1,600 crore payable on Q4 FY28 completion, funded ~40% debt and rest equity, at 8.25-8.5% mall cap rate, expected NAV and DPU accretive.
