Oberoi Realty Wins DTCP Ruling Clearing Three Sixty North Project

Haryana’s DTCP upheld Three Sixty North’s Licence No. 69 of 2025 and Oberoi Realty’s change-of-developer approval, rejecting Advance India Projects’ cancellation request. The Punjab and Haryana High Court’s temporary restriction on further allotments and creation of third-party rights has consequently ceased.
