One Global Service Provider Approves ₹39.54 Crore Matrix Labs Acquisition

Board approved, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, acquisition of 51% stakes in Matrix Labs Diagnocare (FY25 turnover ₹171.3Cr) and Matrix Labs (₹8.92Cr), for combined ₹39.54Cr non-cash consideration via 7,15,040 shares issued at ₹553. The targets will become subsidiaries, with completion expected within six months.
