OP Chains Appoints Moon Goyal As Whole-Time Director For Five Years

Board approved the appointment of Mr. Moon Goyal as an Executive Additional Director until the ensuing AGM and as Whole-time Director for five years from 12 August 2026 to 11 August 2031, subject to shareholder approval. He brings over 21 years of bullion trading and over 14 years of real estate experience and is the cousin of the Managing Director and Chairman.
