Orient Press Sets ₹24 Crore Minimum Consideration For Tarapur Factory Sale

Board approved a proposal to sell/dispose of its Tarapur factory, subject to shareholder approval, following operations’ partial relocation to Greater Noida. Consideration is expected at least Rs.24 crore; the unit contributed Rs.6.73 crore, or 5.26% of FY26 consolidated turnover, and 29.72% of net worth. Proceeds will support working capital, expansion and debt repayment.
