Orissa Minerals Restores Belkundi EC Proposal After Supreme Court Ruling

The Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd.

Supreme Court upheld the 2017 Notification and restored OMDC's Belkundi EC proposal for reconsideration, removing the legal bar. MoEFCC's Expert Appraisal Committee had already recommended approval, subject to lease renewal and other conditions.
