Jyotsna Jawahar resigned as Whole-Time Director and CFO effective August 27, 2026, citing maternity and stating no unresolved disagreements. The Board also approved three-year reappointments of the MD and WTD, merger of Osel Healthcare into SFL Hearing Solutions, and ₹50 crore FY27 related-party transactions, subject to shareholder approval.
