Patil Automation Schedules September 24 AGM, Releases FY26 Annual Report

Standalone revenue rose 27% to ₹150.05 crore and PAT 35% to ₹15.85 crore in FY26. Consolidated revenue was ₹166.57 crore and PAT ₹19.07 crore. The company completed its NSE Emerge listing, raised ₹69.61 crore, acquired 60% stakes in two subsidiaries, and had ₹18.47 crore of IPO proceeds pending utilization.
