PBM Polytex Seeks Approval To Renew Leases Or Sell Four Windmills

The AGM will seek approval to renew leases and PPAs expiring in 2027 or sell, slump-sell, scrap or otherwise dispose of any or all four windmills, book value ₹123.7 lakh, with proceeds earmarked for working capital and general purposes. Gopal and Mohan Patodia are proposed for three-year MD reappointments.
