PNB Housing Finance Approves NCD Issuance Up To ₹6,000 Crore

Board approved private-placement NCD issuance of up to Rs 6,000 Cr in one or more tranches, listed on NSE/BSE WDM. The issuance is within the Rs 10,000 Cr shareholder-approved NCD limit and represents routine debt-market funding for the housing financier. Coupon, tenure, maturity, security and repayment terms will be disclosed at allotment; CIO Anubhav Rajput's relieving date was extended to on or before September 30.
