Power Finance Corporation Board Approves REC Merger At 88:100 Share Swap

Board approved merger of REC Limited into PFC with share exchange ratio of 88 PFC shares for every 100 REC shares. Merged entity will have aggregate loan book of over INR 11 lakh crore. Scheme subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
