PBTPL signed binding term sheet with RCT Energy India (RCT Group, Germany) to operate PESSPL as 85:15 JV for 12 GWh BESS plant, first 6 GWh phase at Seetharampur in FY27-28 for commercial, industrial and utility markets. Context: converts storage holding reorg into scaled JV with COD.
