Pritika Auto Signs 25-Year Solar Power MOU Targeting ₹110 Crore Savings

Pritika Group signed a 25-year solar power MOU with Spark Grid, targeting approximately ₹110 crore in cumulative savings, including ₹70 crore for PECL and Meeta Castings. PECL is expected to hold 26% of the proposed SPV, subject to approvals and documentation.
