Pro CLB Global Board Approves ₹37 Crore Warrant Issue To 140 Investors

Board approved increase in authorized capital to Rs 16.75 Cr and issue of up to 1.16 Cr convertible warrants at Rs 32.20 per warrant to 140 investors, total ~Rs 37.4 Cr. Also borrowing limits, registered office shift, shareholders' agreement with K Globes Digital Media. Subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot.
