Raama Finance Board Approves ₹100 Crore NCD Private Placement

Board approved enhancement of borrowing limits to Rs 200 Cr, issuance of secured NCDs up to Rs 100 Cr on private placement, creation of charge on assets, adoption of new MoA and AoA, and regularisation of three directors including one independent. All subject to shareholder approval.
