Raconteur Global Resources Board Approves ₹30 Crore Preferential Issue To Non-Promoters

Board approved preferential issue of 170.6 lakh warrants convertible into equity shares at Rs 17 each aggregating Rs 29 Cr, and 5.88 lakh equity shares at Rs 17 each aggregating Rs 1 Cr, to non-promoters. AGM scheduled on 27 Aug 2026.
