Rajshree Sugars Wins ₹62.84 Crore Excise Relief As Proceedings Dropped

Commissioner of GST & Central Excise, Chennai Outer dropped Central Excise proceedings on molasses captive use and CENVAT credit for April 2014-June 2017, upholding exemption under Notification 67/95-CE and dropping Rs62.84 crore demand including penalty and interest in toto with nil impact.
