Raymond Realty Inks ₹8,500 Crore JDA For Parel Residential Project

Raymond Realty signed an 8th Joint Development Agreement for a premium residential project in Parel, Mumbai. The project has an estimated GDV of ~₹8,500 crore, the largest outside its Thane land parcel, taking total portfolio GDV to ~₹52,000 crore.
