RBL Bank Allots ₹26,016 Crore Shares to Emirates NBD at ₹280 Each

RBL Bank approved the allotment of 92.91 crore equity shares at INR 280 per share to Emirates NBD Bank (ENBD) for INR 26,015.77 crore. Post-allotment, ENBD holds a 60% stake and is classified as a promoter. Five ENBD nominee directors were appointed, while two existing directors resigned.
