RDB Infrastructure Inks Shareholders Pact for 42.5% Stake in Solar Venture

RDB executed a shareholders agreement to acquire a 42.5% stake in Maxim Industries for establishing a solar cell manufacturing plant in Chhattisgarh. The company currently holds 29% and will gain equal board representation rights upon milestone completion.
