10 MW turbine rotor/fan at newly commissioned 825 TPD Kishanganj plant damaged, detected 26 Aug; repair cost ~Rs 90 lakh, insured, recommissioning by ~30 Sep. New 825 TPD line, running at ~50% utilisation, to stay offline during repair; other operations normal, existing orders to be met from stock.
