Rexpro Approves ₹10 Crore Unsecured Loans For Two Subsidiaries

Board approved ₹10 crore of unsecured loans to two wholly owned subsidiaries, ₹5 crore each, at 9% annual interest for business and working capital; repayment is on demand with 10-year tenure and no security. The company also replaced its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective September 5, 2026.
