Royal India Corporation Sells 10% Stake In Exclusive Quarries Subsidiary

Suryam India Minecorp transferred 10% of Exclusive Quarries to Sumantra Techsoft for ₹1.44 crore, reducing its holding from 51% to 41%. EQPL consequently ceased to be Suryam’s subsidiary and Royal India Corporation’s stepdown subsidiary. The buyer is unrelated to the promoter group.
