RPG Active Pharma, RPG Life Sciences’ wholly owned subsidiary, approved a cash BTA to acquire Raghava Life Sciences’ API/intermediates business for up to ₹135 crore, subject to approvals and closing conditions. The business generated ~₹19 crore FY26 revenue and includes manufacturing/R&D facilities plus 29 API molecules. Context: first acquisition after a prolonged search.
