Board approved acquisition of 51% stake in FA Wizard Pvt Ltd (loan distribution) via share swap for Rs 20.69 Cr; also approved issuance of 18 lakh equity shares and 1 Cr convertible warrants at Rs 33 each to non-promoters, raising up to Rs 38.94 Cr. EGM on Aug 13.
