Sancode Technologies Announces ₹107 Crore CCPS Preferential Allotment In Sancode Semi

Sancode Semi raised ₹107 crore through preferential allotment, including Sancode Technologies’ ₹43 crore investment for 12,647 CCPS. The parent will retain 95.74% fully diluted ownership; proceeds will fund the Odisha-approved OSAT project, including land, technology and equipment. The subsidiary reported nil FY26 turnover.
