Board approved issue of up to 5 lakh fully convertible warrants to Promoter Ashwani Khemka at INR 147.39 aggregating ~7.37 Cr, increasing his stake to 32.62%. Also approved material related party transactions with subsidiary SPL Infusion Private Limited and notice of postal ballot.
