SAR Televenture Withdraws Two Proposed Private Company Acquisitions

SAR Televenture will not proceed with the proposed acquisitions of Blue Lotus Support Services and Whitefield Communication, previously disclosed in October 2025. The seller could not reduce borrowings, resulting in higher borrowing costs that would have adversely affected margins.
