Sarda Proteins Board Approves ₹100 Crore Rights Issue

Sarda Proteins approved a rights issue of fully paid equity shares to raise up to ₹100 crore, along with the draft Letter of Offer, intermediaries and a rights issue committee. The record date will be announced separately. Non-executive director Gunvantray Jayantilal Zaladi resigned effective August 5, 2026.
