SecMark Consultancy Approves Amalgamation With Codifi Finserv And SecMark Holdings

Board approved, subject to regulatory and stakeholder approvals, the merger of Codifi Finserv and SecMark Holdings into SecMark Consultancy. The scheme will issue 8.82 lakh shares, increasing total shares to 1.13 crore and reducing promoter ownership from 75% to 69.33%, while consolidating technology businesses and simplifying the group structure.
