SEPC Ltd Acquires 90% of Avenir in ₹1,530 Crore Share Swap

Board approved acquisition of up to 90% stake in Avenir International (UAE) via share swap of 153 Cr equity shares (Rs 1,530 Cr), increase in authorized share capital to Rs 6,000 Cr, and borrowing limit hike to Rs 7,500 Cr (all subject to shareholder approval).
