Shaival Reality Promoters Sell 72.63% Stake Triggering Rs 30 Open Offer

Three acquirers agreed to buy 84.06 lakh shares (72.63%) of Shaival Reality at Rs30 per share from promoter Desai family via Oct 23, 2026 SPA, triggering a 26% open offer for 30.09 lakh shares at Rs30 for Rs9.03 crore cash, and will take control as new promoters.
