Board approved preferential issue of up to 54.5 lakh equity shares at Rs10.50 aggregating Rs5.72 crore to non-promoters and 35 lakh convertible warrants at Rs10.50 aggregating Rs3.68 crore to promoter and non-promoters, with EGM on Nov 5, 2026 for approval.
