Shree Salasar Replaces Director And Statutory Auditor Ahead Of AGM

Board accepted Nitin Jain’s resignation as independent director effective 4 September 2026 and appointed Saumesh Mishra as additional independent director, subject to AGM approval. The change partly addresses the company’s recurring board and committee-composition gaps; Mishra brings CA, MBA and financial-services and real-estate experience. Mishra’s appointment is initially only until the AGM, and committee reconstitution, including Audit and Nomination committees, remains undisclosed.
