Shrydus Industries Terminates Roopaya General Trading Share Purchase Agreement

Shrydus Industries terminated its October 2024 agreement to acquire 100% of Roopaya General Trading Company L.L.C. after failing to pay the purchase consideration and complete required conditions. The transaction will not proceed, with no further share transfer contemplated.
