Simbhaoli Sugars Opens EOI Process With ₹2 Crore Refundable Deposit

Following NCLAT’s 13 July 2026 vacation of its stay, Simbhaoli Sugars resumed CIRP and invited resolution applicants for its three-unit sugar and distillery business, with 19,500 TCD cane and 210 KLPD distillery capacity. EOIs are due 8 September and plans 5 November; admitted claims total ₹2,823.55 crore.
